A Pitchbook, also called a European confidential information memorandum (“EU-CIM”) is a company presentation (“information layout”) used by investment banks, finance firms, private investors and brokers, advising on raising fund, or disposal of shares or assets. It consists of a comprehensive analysis of the investment opportunity, which is presented to potential European investors with the aim of providing the information necessary to make an informed decision.
